My envelope hasn't arrived — what should I do?

The first thing to note is that, if this is your first envelope, check out this article here to understand when your envelope shipped.

If this is not your first month, then it's likely that your envelope mailed out around the 1st of the month.

USPS states that Forever Stamp letters take 1-5 business days to arrive. I am mailing from Pennsylvania, and I can confirm that it can take longer than that to reach California, Florida, etc.

So it might be the case that you just need to wait another day or two. However, if it's the middle of the month and you still haven't received it, then please reach out and we will gladly send a new one.
