How to submit a prayer intention

  1. Navigate to the prayer intention form here.
  2. Enter your First Name.
  3. Enter your email address (used for verification purposes)
  4. Select your Country and State, if applicable.
  5. Enter your prayer intention.
  6. Review the consent checkbox.
  7. Click "Submit."

To submit more, simply refresh your screen and do so again.
