How to Submit a Prayer Intention

1. Navigate to the prayer intention form here.
2. Enter your First Name and Last Initial.
3. Enter your email address (used for verification purposes)
4. Enter your City, State/Region, Country in the following format: Allentown, PA, USA
5. Enter your prayer intention.
6. Review the consent checkbox.
7. Click "Submit."

To submit more, simply refresh your screen and do so again.
