How to Cancel Your Subscription

  1. Navigate to our Member Portal here.
  2. Enter the email address that you used to create your subscription.
  3. Click 'send.'

  1. Open your email inbox and find the email "Your customer portal login link"
  2. Click the button that says "Log in to your customer portal."

  1. Click "Cancel subscription" in the top right.

  1. Review the changes, and then click "Cancel subscription."
